Meet Puddles, a two year old cat available for adoption. Puddles arrived at JTAC one afternoon completely soaked to his core. He was shaking so hard from the cold and drenched. With the help of our vet tech team, we warmed him up and cleaned up to examine him. We`re not sure if he had fallen into a pond or what had happened but this boy was thankful for the care he received and turned in a `puddle` while he warmed up under our hair dryers. Afterwards, he enjoyed a good meal of kibble and wet food and rubbed up against us to say `thank you`. Puddles does great with other cats and enjoys stretching his legs during freeplay. He loves Friskies lil` soups and gets so excited when he sees us coming. Puddles holds a special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to help him find his forever home. His adoption fee is $155, and includes his vaccines, registered microchip, fecal exam, deworming, FIV/FeLV test, current flea prevention, and neuter. He is already fixed!

ADOPTION PROCESS
-Come meet with an animal and discuss your adoption plans with our Vet Techs. Viewing hours begin at 10am Monday – Friday.
-Complete adoption application and ensure the best match
-After adoption is approved, you will complete adoption contract and fill out necessary medical forms
-JTAC accepts cash or credit with an additional $5 service charge. Mallard Point Veterinary Clinic accepts any form of payment when you pick up the following day.

Puppies $125, Dogs $75 (Includes registered microchip, fecal exam and deworming, distemper shot, and bordetella, and heartworm test for adults)
Medical Costs – paid to Mallard Point: Spay (female) $70, Neuter (male) $60, Rabies shot/tag $25

Kittens $100, Cats $50, Senior Cats $25 (Includes registered microchip, fecal exam and deworming, distemper shot, and FIV/FELV testing)
Medical Costs – paid to Mallard Point: Spay (female) $45, Neuter (male) $35, Rabies shot/tag $25
