Ares is a cute puppy! He is learning how to walk well on a leash. We think he is a Shepard/Mastiff mix. He will be about 60-80 pounds full grown. He loves to play with other dogs and puppies and is great with cats. He is kid and adult friendly. He is absolutely perfect. Being a puppy, he will need some work on being housebroken.

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
