My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for a friendly, playful girl who loves everyone she meets? Lulu is an adorable, petite-sized cat with a royal flair that sets her apart. With her love for all things pink - especially her favourite spring toy and beaded chain - Lulu embodies elegance and grace. She is 1 ½ years old and enjoys playful sessions chasing a red laser light, showing her fun-loving side. Is it a delivery day? Lulu loves playing with and chewing on delivery boxes! Lulu's princess-like demeanour makes her a true delight. Once she warms up, her charm is irresistible. A true cuddle queen, Lulu loves being around her people. She’ll follow you everywhere or ensure she keeps you in her line of sight. At bedtime, you’ll find her nestled beside you, making her the perfect snuggle buddy. Lulu isn’t picky about her meals, adores chin scratches, and enjoys belly rubs (with playful nibbles included!). She’s okay being picked up for short periods and will always reward you with her affectionate nature. She is exceptionally friendly with humans and eager to make new cat friends, though she may need a little extra time to adjust to dogs. She would love another friendly cat buddy in her new home!

Lulu was born in foster care. At three weeks of age, she developed aspiration pneumonia that left a scar on her lungs, making her prone to occasional coughing. Her daily asthma medication (human asthma inhaler, readily available at all pharmacies) keeps it under control, however rarely, she may be prone to cold-like symptoms that might require antibiotics. But Lulu is a champ with her daily inhaler routine and medications. She calmly takes her pump twice a day and might even sneak in a little nap during the process. As far as we know, this will be a lifelong condition for Lulu.

Lulu is looking for a loving forever home where she can be the baby of the family. She’ll win hearts with her affectionate personality, making you her favourite human and your lap her cozy throne. If you’re seeking a cuddly, playful, and loving companion, Lulu is the perfect princess to complete your family!

More about this rescue

Home at Last Rescue (HALR) is a Registered Canadian Charity, that is 100% volunteer driven. Our goal is to rescue cats from substandard living conditions and give them the loving homes they deserve.

We provide medical care, emotional support and a loving environment while preparing them to find their forever homes. With no physical location, all of our cats and kittens reside in loving foster homes across the Greater Toronto Area until they are ready for adoption.

We receive no government funding and rely solely on adoption fees, donations and our fundraising efforts to support our initiatives. We believe there is a home for every cat and a cat for every home.
