My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Humphrey: A Resilient, Loveable Gremlin Looking for His Forever Home!

When Humphrey arrived at GAHS, he was in rough shape—suffering from a severe case of Demodex mange that had plagued him for over five months. His swollen paws made every step painful, and his raw, irritated skin left him exhausted. After finally getting the medical care he needed, he spent his first two days in foster care simply catching up on much-needed rest.

Now, just a few weeks later, Humphrey is a whole new dog! With proper treatment, medicated baths (which he tolerates, even if they aren’t his favorite), and lots of TLC, he’s 90% healed and feeling better than ever. He may be a bit patchy as his coat grows back, but don’t let his current look fool you—this boy is pure perfection.

Humphrey is a sweetheart through and through. He’s great with other dogs, respectful of cats, housebroken, crate-trained, and an excellent car companion. His playful, goofy personality is shining through now that he’s feeling better, and he’s ready to bring his unique charm to a loving home.

Any possible canine siblings should be brought in for a meet and greet, and any feline friends in home should be dog savvy.
