Arthur is a beautiful poochon who was surrendered to us after a divorce and neither owner was able to keep him. He’s one year old and weighs 9lbs. He’s super sweet and wants nothing more than to be with his people. He’s a super cuddly little guy who also loves to play. He’s the perfect size to travel with and dress up and pack around.
