My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Anson was a tiny cat missing her tail hiding under our house when we started putting out food for her. She eventually grew to trust me, but is still very fearful of other people and needs patience and understanding that she came from a difficult background. She is about 3 years old and we are in the process of getting her fixed. She would be much more comfortable in a quiet home with other easygoing cats and no small children. She has improved so much, but hisses and scratches if really scared.

BACKSTORY *** We are in desperate need to find homes for Mama Anson (tuxedo) and her unadopted cutie Queenifred (Fred, all black).

When Anson became pregnant again (first two litters were killed by tomcats) I brought her inside and she gave birth in our closet to five healthy kittens. Everyone else found homes, but Fred and Anson have needed lots of time to acclimate to people and become less fearful.

We are in North Long Beach. Looking for a small rehoming fee ($25) to weed out scary people
