Payton is one of our visitors being house from the Choctaw rescue fire at FurEverFriends. His favorite thing to do is lay in the sun! He has a small log that he loves to toss around and chew on when outside. He is said to be dog reactive but we haven’t seen anything negative yet. We are still getting to know him and testing him with friends of different types. So far large or small he hasn't reacted when in the same yard together. Seems to be a boundary/fence issue for him. He is an absolute tank when it comes to leash walks and playing. He loves to play chase and tag with himans and will tag with all of his 60+ lbs of mass. He is super loving and just wants to have fun but doesn’t seem to know his size. He does well in his kennel and seems potty trained. We will update as we get to now him more.

Fill out our adoption application on our website. We will have it reviewed within 72 hours. If approved, you will receive a phone call or text from one of our personel to set up an interniew. If denied, you will receive an email. If futher approved after interview we will arrange a home check. If everything is approval to this point the final step is to pay our adoption fee, sign our adoption contract, then welcome your new addition to the family and live happily ever after.

Visit our facebook page for any events we host locally and local adoption events we atted with partner rescues. In order to come visit our facility and meet adoptables on site you need to email us and set up an appointment. We are open everyday by appointment for meet and greets. Our facility is a good place to allow current pets to meet potential future siblings.

More about this rescue

We are a very small, sate licensed, animal rescue that focuses on helping other rescues and our local community. We offer housing and care to animals in need focusing on medical complications that need extra attention. Animals brought into our care are given the resources they need to live a healthy, happy life. We do our best to get to know each animal and access them thoroughly to be sure we can find them the perfect future home to lead a long happy life. Each animal is fully vetted with all vaccinations, sterilized and microchipped before going to their final destination.
