My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Seven: The Goofy, Loving, and Brave Soul Ready for a Forever Home

Seven has been through more than any dog should ever have to endure, but through it all, he has remained a sweet, resilient spirit with so much love to give. After spending a full year in a city shelter, Seven was finally pulled by a rescue group—but his journey didn’t end there. He, along with many other dogs, was abandoned at a boarding facility when the rescue gave up on them. When we first found Seven, he was terrified and shut down, unsure of the world around him. But that was just the beginning of his incredible transformation.

Today, Seven is unrecognizable from the scared pup we first met. He has blossomed into an absolute joy—a goofy, silly, and quirky dog who brings smiles wherever he goes. His trainers are absolutely smitten with him, and he’s quickly become their favorite student! Seven’s love for life has finally emerged, and he’s ready to share it with a family of his own.

Seven is full of personality. He loves belly rubs and cuddles more than anything and will gladly snuggle up with you whenever he gets the chance. His playful side is just as lovable—he has a special affinity for water, and you’ll often catch him splashing around and having the time of his life. But it’s his love for his stuffy toys that truly steals the show. He gets so excited about them that he’ll toss them up in the air, catch them mid-flight, and prance around, so proud of his little accomplishment.

Seven’s favorite trick is “paw,” and he will happily show it off to you all day long—just as long as the treats keep coming! His goofy antics will keep you laughing, and his sweet nature will make your heart swell.

Seven has waited so long for this moment—the chance to have a family of his own and a home where he can truly be himself. He’s come so far, and now it’s time for his life to really begin. If you’re looking for a dog who will fill your home with love, laughter, and fun, Seven is the perfect match. He’s ready to be your loyal companion, your cuddle buddy, and your goofy sidekick for life.

More about this rescue

We are a group of dedicated volunteers who initially came together to find homes for animals abandoned by a local rescue group. Our goal is simple: to ensure these animals find loving, permanent homes and never have to return to the shelter.

Regrettably, we are unable to accept pet surrenders from the public at this time. We understand this may be disappointing, and we sincerely wish we could assist.
