Red is a very sweet, (and beautiful) 55 lb male Redbone Coonhound, @ 3-5 years old. He is very sweet, and has a wonderful temperament, His foster calls him a "Big Dopey Lover". He is adjusting to foster life, is good with kids, good with the other dog, good with their 3 cats and is somewhat independent, prefering to explore and check out his surroundings. He is good in the fenced yard (@ 4 feet) and hasn't tried to jump or get out, seems to have a low key contentment to new surroundings. Red came from a rural country pound in Kentucky and would have been euthanized for space. We are so glad he came to our attention because this dog is a gem! Would make a great family dog, companion, good buddy!
