Meet Jail Guard, he is an 8-month old neutered male. He is current on his vaccines and microchipped. He is also FIV/ FeLV negative!

Jail Guard will need plenty of time to adjust in a new home, and is looking for a home that will understand him. He isn't a big fan of body handling and will likely never be a lap cat, but he will come and play with his toys and feline friends openly.

Jail Guard is a very food motivated kitty and allows pets while eating, he LOVES Churu treats, and they will definitely help build trust between Jail Guard and his new human.

Jail Guard is a shy young man who does startle easily at times from fast movements and loud noises he is looking for a calmer and quieter home with a cat savvy family where he can continue to come out of his shell. So, he is looking for a family with older children at least 10 years of age or older who won't chase or scare him.

He is much more outgoing and confident with another feline friend right by his side, so he is required to go to a home with another cat. He may do ok with other calm and respectful pets in the home given very slow and proper introductions to one another.
