Here's what the humans have to say about me:
***Comet is experiencing an Extended Stay with us! So, in hopes of helping her find her forever home sooner, her adoption fee has been reduced by 50% to only $30!
Comet is a 2 year old spayed female. She is current on her vaccinations and microchipped!
Meet Comet! Comet is a beautiful lady who may come off as a bit unsure at first but give her just a few days to adjust and she turns into a sweet and curious lady who likes to meet and greet new people or go exploring to check out her surroundings. Once she is comfortable she adores pets and attention from her favorite people and will run to greet you when you walk through the door. She can be a fairly active and playful girl at times but she also knows when it is time to settle down.
Comet is a sweet lady who loves her favorite people but she can be a bit nervous with a lot going on around her. So, she is looking for a less chaotic home with respectful children at least 5 years of age or older. We don't know if she has lived with other cats before but she doesn't seem to be very fond of the other kitties around her here at the shelter; so, she may do best as the only cat in the home. She may do ok with respectful and calmer dogs in the house given slow and proper introductions to one another.
If you are interested in adopting, start by filling out an application on our website and email it to frontdesk@couleehumane.com OR you can print and drop off in person: https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal?rq=application
