My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Name: Mayla
gender: female
color: DSH tuxedo
DOB: October 15, 2024

Mayla and her sisters, Cola, Oreo and Coca were born outside to a feral mama and were captured a few weeks ago. Mayla was the brave one of all the sisters when they first arrived. She is in foster with her sister Oreo. She is very affectionate, loves to play with a feather wand and with her sister Oreo. She is such a sweet girl who purrs loudly as soon as she sees you and will rub all around your legs until you pick her up and give her a good face rub and kisses. Mila loves to chase her to own tail, which is so cute.

Reactions to:
Cats: good with other cats at the Foster home
Dogs: not exposed to dogs
Children: loves kids
Meeting New People: warms up very quickly to new people

More about this rescue

Georgina Feral Cat Committee was formed to address the community cat issue in the Town of Georgina. We practice Trap Neuter Return and any kittens are brought into foster homes to be tamed up for adoption. Ferals are returned to their colonies after they have been spay/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. They are fed daily, provided with warm winter shelters and monitored for health
