Button arrived in our foster care from Texas Sat, Feb 8. It did not take his foster mom long to discover that he is a total gem, a sweetheart. He is about 1 year old and weighs 22 lbs.

In a nutshell, she describes him as extremely loving, sweet, gentle, calm, (lays quietly at her feet and falls asleep even on the kitchen tile floor), playful, medium energy, not jumpy and always takes treats gently. Button adores other dogs, big or small in size of both genders. This handsome little guy loves everyone, men and women, not a hint of protectiveness over food, crate, or when sharing with other dogs human attention. This makes him very suitable for a family with children and also a family who already has a dog. He would do very well to be the only kid in the home too! He is quiet when crated and keeps it clean. He appears to be housebroken, has not done any territory marking in the house.

Button is cute as a button! He has a beautiful slim body and a gorgeous med length wavy dark blond coat. Definitely a terrier mix, perhaps with poodle as he has a delicate face and bone structure. His food looks are only equal to his excellent temperament and endearing personality.

The family who will have the good fortune of adopting this little gem, will be a very lucky family to add this true treasure to their household.
