Penelope is an elegant little young lady. She is super sweet and loves to lay on your chest. She has the most gorgeous shiny black coat to go with her beautiful eyes. She came from a home where she lived with other dogs. She is spayed, vaccinated, heartworm negative and microchipped. She is located in a foster home in Charlottesville Va.
