My name is Dobby!

This sweet boy was rescued on a cold January day as he was wandering down a county road after being abandoned in a known dumping area south of Lubbock. Though he was underweight and frightened at the time, he in now healthy and happy and has so much love to give. He is good with other animals as far as we've seen, and he gravitates toward kids as though they're his friends. He loves snuggles and rubs and food. He dislikes the cold and he doesn't like to be left all alone. He would do best with a family who can be with him most of the day, and if he needs to be left alone for a little while, he should be kenneled to avoid messes. He is also a relatively athletic dog, so a home with a yard to run around in would be best. He is such a love bug and just wants a warm lap to sleep in and a family willing to love him as much as he loves them.
