Hey there, I’m Phinney. I’m a guy that just wants to be loved. My foster mom says I’m like a big goofy kid! I was rescued from The Wichita Animal Shelter just in time, before I developed kennel cough. I’m a low rider, with short stocky legs and blonde fur. Those short legs are useful as I run around and play outside. I love other dogs but not sure about cats as I’ve never met one. I’m working on my potty training so I will make a great house guest. But make sure you pick things up off the floor, since I’m a puppy and enjoy a good chew! I’m very smart and already know how to get in my kennel. The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
