Yes, Phoenix has three legs, but that doesn't slow him down. He is the perfect mix of playful and calm. Every dog and human he's met he has done well with and he's learned over the years that cats can be friends. He's content to be in his crate but can be left out on his own. He knows his name, sit, stay and come. Phoenix can be a bit leery of new places, and loud noises aren't his favorite.
