Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi you guys!! My name is Chapo! I was out and about on an adventure and I got a little lost you see so I came to the local shelter on 1/14 to get out of the cold. I think I have a family out there somewhere but I don't know where they are and I'm sad to say no one has come by my shelter to see if I am there. I am patiently and eagerly waiting for someone to call me there very own. The volunteers have come by to visit me so I am comforted by their presence. I have been told I am quite playful, attentive, cute as a button, and also I am sweet boy. What is not to love? I am an adorable puppy after all! But in seriousness, puppies are magical and very exciting to have but what I want to know is... are you ready to take care of me in the way I should be? If you have the right home, the patience, the commitment, the wiliness, and extra love and time to raise me properly, then I am yours now and forever! I am super smart as I know some simple commands such as sit when asked and I certainly may know more but I need the proper teacher who is willing to teach me what I don't know. You think you can do that for me?
Chapo is current on vaccines, will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. He has tested negative for heart worms which is even sweeter news for this young fellow! He is more than ready to meet his forever family! If you have what it takes to be committed pet parent, then please come see Chapo at the shelter in Run 83. His ID is 7535. He is 10 months old and weighs 65lbs. He is a medium size pup at the moment but he will grow up the be a larger size with the current weight that he is right now. He is waiting for you to take him so he never ever steps foot in a shelter ever again.
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
