Bear is a super sweet young man. He is a beautiful chestnut color. He loves to play with humans and other dogs. He doesn`t seem to mind cats. He is fine with kids and adults. He walks well on a leash and is a big-time lover. He is a good cuddler and loves to give kisses!

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
