Noel and Joy are 3-month old sisters that were hoping to have a new home for the holidays. Now they would love to be loved in a new home for Valentine's Day. They are 2 peas-in-a-pod--they love hanging out together. Noel is a super sweet girl who is very social and playful. She needs to snuggle and cuddle with her person--every evening it's part of her routine. Noel loves to play and wand toys are her favorite for playtime.
