Howdy! My name is Milo and I'm a super handsome 18month-2yr old male German Shepherd. I am located near Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.

Quick Facts:
Age - 18mo-2yrs
Home - home with a fenced in yard, no apartments or condos
Kids - would do okay with older kids (10+)
Dogs - good with other large dogs
Cats - NO cats
Training - needs standard obedience training

1. My foster mom found me at this remote camp site. It's likely I was dumped there and left to die. Thankfully I was found and brought into a warm, safe, and nice home.

2. For being a dumped dog, I have some okay manners. I am house trained and crate training is going well. With time and patience, I'll figure it out.

3. I am good with other dogs and would like another pup in my next home to play with! It will be so fun to fun in the yard, play chase, and have a buddy.

4. I need to be adopted by someone who is a firm pack leader, one that will show me who is boss, & teach me to be a respectful pup.

5. I am energetic, curious, playful, friendly, and LOVE some tummy rubs. I hope you are an active person, I would love to get out and explore!

6. Like all good dogs, I need the full range of obedience training. I'm not sure how long I was on my own for so I need to learn all the things. I want to learn the basics, have a good recall, a place command, leash walking - the works!

7. If you are looking for a friendly, energetic, resilient, active, loving, and fun new companion - I'm your guy!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
