Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Tia is a remarkable and resilient kitty that needs a foster or forever home. She has captured the hearts of those who care for her at one of our feral feeding stations, and while she has a feisty and sassy nature, we think she has the potential to blossom with the right person. If you are unable to foster/adopt Tia, please share this post to help her find the loving home she deserves!
Tia has likely spent most (if not all) of her life outdoors. This smart and spirited calico has a sweet, expressive face, and she’s a petite little spitfire who communicates through hisses, growls, and occasional meows. Once she knows you, she’ll approach with her tail straight up—a sign of trust.
Though we are unsure of Tia’s exact age, we think she’s probably between 5-10 years old. Despite missing several teeth due to age, Tia seems otherwise healthy. She has received veterinary care and been spayed in the past, hence her tipped ear. If we can find a kind soul willing to care for her, she will have an updated exam prior to being transferred to her new home.
Note that Tia will need a quiet, calm home without kids or other pets, and she’ll initially need a small space of her own to become acclimated. Patience will be key, and she’ll hide for a while, until she feels safe. Her foster/adopter should be experienced with cats, and some experience with semi-feral or feral cats would be ideal.
Tia is located in the Columbus area. If you’re located in Ohio and think you might be a good match for Tia, submit an application via our website. Email us with any questions - contactusforgotten4paws@yahoo.com.

Since we have no physical shelter, our cats and kittens live in our small network of foster homes. We utilize newsletters, social media, and websites such as Adopt-a-Pet to advertise the available cats/kittens. We also sometimes bring foster kittens/cats to the Easton PetSmart on weekends to meet potential adopters. If you are interested in meeting a particular cat, please submit an application online, and then email us to inquire about how to meet the cat.
