Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Glinda is a pretty, brown tabby girl with white on her face, chest and paws, and a pink nose. She is approximately two years old. Glinda was a found along with her litter of kittens on the farm of a good Samaritan in Fall of 2024. The little family was humanely trapped and brought to HART to start new lives. The kittens went to one of our foster homes and Glinda came to our shelter. Upon arrival, we noticed that she had an abnormal toe, and our vet recommended that it be removed. Glinda underwent that procedure, and her paw has healed up nicely. Glinda’s history is a mystery to us, but we do know that she has felt quite overwhelmed by all of the recent changes in her life. Initially quite fearful and withdrawn, she is slowly adjusting to living in the shelter. Our Socialization Team is giving her plenty of time to come out of her shell at her own pace, and helping her realize that people and indoor life are not things to fear. Glinda is slowly revealing more of her purrsonality to us, and we have a feeling she will continue to blossom in a calm home of her very own. Meet Glinda in Room 2.
