FREE TO A LOVING HOME. TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE ALMOST ANYWHERE WITHIN REASON FOR A WONDERFUL LOVING HOME.
Denver, Colorado - My old boss, Julie Chovanes has tragically and shockingly passed a few days ago and has left behind 2 bonded senior black labrador retrievers (males) that urgently needs a loving, understanding home. They cannot be separated at their old age of 11 years old. I am helping Julie's children find a caring forever home. Please let me know via text/phone or PM if you know of a wonderful place for them or if you can bring in these two old timers and give them a loving home with cuddles and fun in the sun. They do not ask for much other than respect, kindess and cuddles. They are currently being fostered in a home with other dogs and doing well. They just went to the vet for bloodwork and exam. Below is Julie's son's bio and update on these two dogs. TRANSPORTATION IS AVAILABLE TO A GREAT HOME. ANY ADOPTER WOULD BE ASKED TO STAY IN TOUCH WITH THE FAMILY ON THE DOGS' MILESTONES, UPDATES ETC.
From Julie's son: Aragorn and Legolas. In terms of their personality they are very sweet and pretty sedentary at the moment. My sister Kathryn has said that they have been really sweet with her dog and allowed her to bark at them. Kathryn also said that they have walked by other dogs with no issue. In terms of their health here is an update from the vet today via my sister:
Update on the boys: vet says they are so sweet and very overweight. Aragorn’s arthritis is worse (which we all knew). Their blood work is back and good and they are healthy and happy with only the need to address losing weight and meds/supplements for Aragorn's arthritis. Exercise (meandering the park and walks in the neighborhood will benefit immensely).
Please consider opening up your heart to 2 senior labs that just need a loving home together. They have been well loved since puppies and missing their owner. Compassion, love and senior dog knowledge a must.
