Snickers is a stunning, classic calico! She came to us during the big rain storm in the fall with three precious beautiful kittens. Snickers and her kittens were put out to fend for themselves after an eviction and the kittens were just three weeks old. They can't walk well at that age so sadly one kitten did not make it. A kind neighbor took them in Snickers and her three remaining kittens and kept them safe until we could take them.
Now for the good news. Snickers was allowed to enjoy her last kittens. She was naturally unsure and a little fresh from all that she had gone through when she came in. She is now calm and always by your side and a sweet, sweet kitty.

We are not sure how she is with other adult cats. We can't test her as the other adult cat in her foster home our lovely Annabelle despises other cats. Snickers has proven to be flexible though so with a slow introduction we think she would be fine. She would also be fine as an only kitty and she'd love to be pampered.

Snickers will be at our adoption event this Sunday, Jan. 26th at Petco, 188 Kitts Lane in Newington. We will be on the North Shore Animal League van from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Please fill out an application on our website at www.hucatrescue.org
