Meet Wickett, this sweet pup found us as a stray and now he`s hoping to find his forever family! Wickett may be a bit shy at first, but he quickly becomes friends with just about everyone he meets, whether they`re human or canine! Wickett has a special way of spreading happiness wherever he goes. He`s searching for a loving home where he can truly thrive, and with his friendly nature, he`d make the perfect companion for a family with other pups. He walks well on leash and he`s a treat fanatic! He doesn`t quite know his tricks yet, but he`s working hard to master them. He does keep his kennel quite tidy and is the perfect pup to be your new BFF.

ADOPTION PROCESS:
ADOPTIONS MUST BE MADE IN PERSON at Fort Worth Chuck Silcox Animal Care and Control OR the specified PetSmart location. Please refer to the pet you are interested by their animal ID number; not their stated name. Adopters will be asked to complete an adoption application and provide valid ID showing that they are at least 18 years old.
The adoption fee is $49.00 for dogs and $25.00 for cats. The fee includes vaccinations, a city license, spay/neuter, a microchip and a heartworm test. The shelter will not release the adopted pet until after it has provided these services. Exceptions may be granted due to age, health or injury.
