Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Daisy is an 11-year-old tabby cat with a gentle soul. She enjoys spending her days birdwatching, napping in the sun, and getting plenty of head scratches. Though a bit shy initially, she warms up into a sweet and loving companion. Daisy likes to always have a quiet spot to relax in, and a few fuzzy balls to chase around and play with. She gets along great with other cats and dogs, making her an easygoing and endearing addition to a calm, caring home.
Daisy is diabetic, but she lives an otherwise normal life, and it doesn't slow her down at all. Her diabetes is currently controlled with a twice-daily insulin injections, along with an inexpensive wet food diet and regular monitoring. The shots are easy to give (we can show you how!) and she doesn't even notice them while she is busy scarfing down her breakfast or dinner. While she does require a bit more care than most cats, we promise she is worth the effort. Take a chance on Daisy and you will be well rewarded with a calm, loyal, and affectionate companion!
Daisy is currently being cared for in foster.. If you are interested in meeting her or learning more about her, please reach out! This sweet senior would love to be a part of your family!
