Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Miso.
He is a chow chow/husky mix that was born on September 17, 2024. Miso is a very shy gal until she warms up and gets to know you, but once she does she won't leave your side.
Miso recently had entropion surgery which is a common surgery for chows, so don't be terrified of her strange look it is only temporary. The photos of her are before the surgery and after, it's only been a week since the surgery but her fur is growing back quickly and it is healing up real nice.
His mom is a pure bred chow chow and his dog was a purebred husky, these are both breeds that have a reputation for being difficult for first time dog owners. They both are said to need a lot of early socialization and consistent training to be successful adults. While we haven't observed any behaviors that are typically seen as "negative" characteristics of either breed we want potentially adopters to be aware of and research these breeds.
