My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rocky needs a home that he can be your shadow. He loves praise and play, but hates loneliness and he will do best in a kennel when his new family is not around. Rocky loves toys, butt scratches, and just being with you. He walks well on a leash, likes treats, and knows how to sit. He is good with kids, other dogs, and cats. When there are loud noises he does well with a thundershirt and comfort, and he can be a little shy with new people but warms up very quickly. Rocky would make a great family dog!

I eat 1 cup of Diamond Naturals Beef food a day.

Who We Are

The Colville Valley Animal Sanctuary is a largely volunteer organization dedicated to providing local humane society services, including adoptions, facilitating spay/neuter, and rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned, neglected, and otherwise homeless companion animals. Our goal is to place cats and dogs permanently in safe and loving homes. We spay and neuter all of the animals in our care and actively promote, through financial donations and community support, the effort to reduce the number of unwanted animals in northeast Washington State.
