Bart, an orange-and-white Tabby kitten, was brought in from an outside feral colony when he was a newborn. His mama was one of the ferals we feed outside the shelter and was unfortunately sick and passed away. Bart was brought in with his sibling, Lisa (they don't have to be adopted together). Both were pretty feral at first and not used to humans. They have been in foster with one of our wonderful volunteers and have learned all about how fun it is to be an indoor kitten! Bart is now approximately four-months-old and would love to find a family of his own. He is shy at first but warms up quick. He is typical kitten in that he loves to play with toys and other cats. Once Bart gets used to you, he likes lap time and will purr up a storm to show you how much he appreciates your attention. If you've been looking to rescue a young kitten and show them a lifetime of love, send us a message to meet Bart! Email chitownrescue@gmail.com for more information/meet and greet appointment. Bart's adoption fee includes neuter surgery and vaccinations up to date.
