Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Poor Percy is only here because his owner tragically passed away. He is a lovely kind dog that is very good with most people and he is very neutral with other dogs.
He can be a bit scared or nervous in some situations and does not react well with children. Percy had a doting owner who put a lot of time into his grooming and training. He is a very good boy and needs somewhere quiet and stable to continue to be a happy dog.
He would prefer to live with another dog, and can be vocal when left alone so an apartment is probably not going to be a good fit for this guy.
Percy is healthy, neutered and up to date on his shots. He does have some food allergies but has been doing well on the food he is receiving here at the shelter.

At City of Vancouver Animal Services, we have a foster-to-adopt program whereby prospective new owners foster the adoptable animal for 21 days before committing to adoption. This ensures that both the new owner and the adoptable animal are well suited to each other.
