Meet Willow! She came to us over 570 days ago and was a bit timid, but after some time she began warming up to us and trusted us more each day. She is a very vocal pup when you first meet her, but don’t let that bark scare you! She is a playful girl with big puppy energy and has found a love for ALL toys!
She is still in need of some basic training as she is a little bit jumpy, but she is very smart and will learn very fast with someone patient. We believe she would do best in a calm home with no children or other animals, but also with active humans that would take her for adventures and keep her busy! We have noticed she seems to fearful of men, but we believe that proper introduction is everything and that she will soon learn that there are good humans out there.
She is muzzle trained as she is reactive when it comes to new people. She is in need of any owner that will continue to work with her and continue to help with her training rather than isolating. She does warm up to new people, but requires a patient person who is willing to visit her more than once. Consistency is key for this girl. She is gentle and the biggest snuggler, she just needs a patient human who can see her potential as an amazing companion.
If Willow sounds like the perfect fit for your home, contact us and we would love to arrange a walk with her so you can slowly meet her and get to know her soft side!🐾
