My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️
💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟

Meet Miro💘 (It means maze in Korean)

* With People: He enjoys being around people, but it takes him some time to warm up. At first, he may hide, but once he feels comfortable, he’ll run around and enjoy playing tug with you. For those he’s close to, he’s affectionate and loves to lay on their lap.
* With dogs : At the hospital, he didn’t show much reaction to other dogs, likely due to nervousness. However, during his time at the shelter, he got along well with his siblings.
* With cats : He doesn't meet cats yet so we don't know yet.
* Separation Anxiety : Handles being alone well! While on his own, he drinks water and uses the potty without any issues.
* Potty Training : He’s doing well with indoor pad training but will need further training as he’s still a puppy.
* Walks :He is currently being trained to get used to wearing a collar indoors. He practices short nose walks in the morning and evening.
* Hygiene : He hasn’t experienced a full bath yet, but his foster parent cleans him daily with a warm towel.

💌Speical notice💌
* As a puppy, she requires training in separation anxiety, potty training, biting, whining, disorderly behaviors, howling, and barking. May need training to fix them.
* It is difficult to predict the shedding and growth size since her parents are unknown.
* He learned sit, paw and house command
* He growls when he needs something, but his foster parent is training him by ignoring the behavior.
* He is cautious around unfamiliar visitors and may retreat to his house when someone visit home.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

All our dogs fly from South Korea to the US and Canada when their adoptions are finalized so the adopters cannot go through "meet and greet."
But once applicants pass zoom interview, we will connect adopter to foster team for the most up to date news as well as photos and videos. The adopter can post any questions and can make video call as well.
Please hold our dog's hands so that they can forget about the painful past and live happily.

More about this rescue

ADOGS(Adopt Dogs), a non-profit organization, is an abandoned dog foster/adoption organization launched by an individual volunteer group that has rescued, fostered, adopted dogs since 2018.

We are conducting rescue, foster, adopt from South Korea rural shelter. We also rescue dogs irregularly from illegal dog farms or any other places that need help.
We rescue large and small dogs of all breeds, including dogs with special needs.

Although we can't save all abandoned dogs in the world, we are doing our best to the dogs in front of us so that their lives can be changed like any other pets.

In expanding our search for adoption leads, we’ve broadened our mission: To bring at-risk dogs across the Pacific to loving stateside families.

Due to limited demand for large-breed dogs in Korea, arranging for local adoption has proven almost impossible. Instead, we seek to bring these persecuted dogs to the United States where dogs have a higher chance for adoption and survival.
