My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✅Currently located in South Korea✅️
💟Available to fly to Vancouver & Toronto💟

Meet Cino ☕️
Just before entering Korean City Shelter, Cino was so sick that he was treated at a hospital with his siblings. Then one of them passed away, and he was rescued with the other siblings, Capu and Milk.

• With People: Extremely affectionate and playful! He is not shy and readily approaches strangers, often initiating play. Loves to stay close to his favorite humans and seeks attention.
• With Dogs: He is eager to make friends and often invites new dogs to play. However, if another dog approaches him too energetically, he gets a little overwhelmed and hides.
• With Cats: He ignores calm, stationary cats but gets excited when they run around and may try to chase or play.
• Separation Anxiety: Initially seeks out people, but quickly settles down by either sleeping or playing alone.
• Potty Training: 99% success rate using potty pads indoors. Occasionally makes small mistakes, so continued training is needed.
• Walking & Outdoor Behavior: Loves going on walks but is still adjusting to the outside world. Sits down briefly when he sees big dogs or tall people but quickly regains confidence. No leash pulling, prefers to walk at a relaxed pace and enjoys sniffing around.
• Grooming & Hygiene: Dislikes water and the sound of the hairdryer, but stays calm during baths. Handles brushing and dental care well. Slightly sensitive about paw cleaning after walks and may playfully nibble in protest.
• Car Sickness: No issues with car rides, handles travel well.

💌Special Notes💌
• As a young pup, Chino may still display separation anxiety, potty accidents, chewing, mouthing, whining, mischief, and barking, all of which require patience and training.
• His shedding level and adult size are unpredictable due to the lack of information about his parents.
• Learned Commands:
• He has mastered “sit,” “wait,” and “lie down”—a smart little pup!
• He always comes when called, even from out of sight.
• He tends to eat too quickly, so slow-feeding techniques are recommended.
