My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

River is a beautiful Jindo/Retriever mix whose owner died in January. This older woamn adored her companions, but she had no family to take them after she passed away. Both River and his canine companion Milo were taken to a shelter where they waited for several months for a new home. When they were faced with euthanasia after the shelter got crowded, we took them both to foster care. Milo soon got adopted, but River is still waiting for someone to heal his gentle but broken heart...
River is 6 years old and is the most exotic and beautiful looking dog. He is sweet and quiet and gets along with everyone. He doesn't ask for anything except a pat on the head and for someone to tell him "I love you". He gives kisses and loves to clean the other dogs...
Having lost the ones he loved, he is now praying that his miracle will come and he can once again live a comfortable life with someone who will adore him as much as his mommy did.
River is good on a leash, housebroken, healthy and up to date on all his vaccines. Please come and meet this very special boy...
