Little Tulip came into rescue after she had been abandoned with other puppies. Tulip is a tiny 4 month old, maybe 5 pound Pomeranian/spaniel/chihuahua mix. She is great with other little dogs, ok with the cat, would be good with respectful gentle children. She is not housetrained.
