My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Canard is a stunning 5-year-old German Shepherd with bright, beautiful light brown eyes and well-proportioned features that give him a truly majestic appearance. He is incredibly smart and knows a variety of tricks, including “Touch,” “Jump” “Center” “Back Up,” and “Go to Your Place.” His favorite activity is playing “Patrol,” a game where he searches for treats hidden around the house.

Canard came into my life during a time of deep loss, and he has been a loyal companion ever since. While I love him dearly, I’ve come to realize that my current lifestyle makes it challenging to give him the time, space, and attention he deserves. Between long work hours, the high cost of care, and the need for more training and socialization opportunities, I believe Canard would thrive in a home better suited to his energy and needs.

What Canard Needs
• A confident and experienced owner who understands the breed and can handle his strong personality.
• A home with a yard or access to outdoor space
