Helllooo! My name is Big Boy and I am an almost one-year-old husky mix. I was adopted from the shelter a while back. I had a good life with my owner, but I guess she didn’t realize it takes time to have a pet in the home and it was time she just didn’t have. So she brought me back to try to find a new home. Well I am putting my best paw forward and hoping to find another great home. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. I am a sweet boy that loves to go for runs, play in the yard, and get belly rubs! If you have the energy for a husky, then please make an appointment to meet me!

The placement of our adoptable animals into loving, caring homes and thereby enhancing the bond between animals and people is the primary goal of the Montgomery Humane Society Adoption Program. We focus on education so that every pet owner benefits from their contact with the shelter, whether or not they adopt an animal from us. Matching the needs of the animal and the potential owner, as well as educating potential owners about responsible pet ownership, helps to ensure successful pet placements of shelter animals.
