This pet was brought in by their previous owner on 1/8/25.

Why this pet is the one for you:
Chex is an 8-month-old boy with a shy but sweet personality. He can be a little nervous in new situations, so he'll need a patient family to help him feel safe and loved. Chex has some medical needs and experiences separation anxiety, so a consistent routine and a home where someone is often around would be ideal for him. Once he warms up, he's a gentle, loving companion who just wants to be by your side.

This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed/neutered. This pet is now ready for their new home!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
