Sammi is a sweet gentle dog. He was a puppy born June 2021, who has been with us all this time. However he's more of an underdog in the pack, and sometimes some of the dogs pick on him. It would be better for him to find a new home. He is very affectionate once he gets to know you, but may be shy at first. He is good in a crate and uses a doggie door. He will need practice walking on a leash.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue who has been in operation since November 2015. We foster in our homes. We started out saving dogs from the euthanasia list at the Maricopa county pound and now we mostly get dogs who are strays or owner surrender dogs to save them from having to go to the pound. We take a lot of care to match the right dog to the right owner.
