Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Jack-Australian Shepard male, ~ 2 yr. (Jan. 2025)
Contact rescuebc@hotmail.com for application.
Jack came to rescue in the middle of a bitter winter storm. His owner had moved and left him in his backyard, with the neighbor to watch over him. He didn't have access to the house/warmth. Another kind neighbor in the area brought up 'rescue' to the man watching over Jack and he said yes, lets get him to safety and a new home. His prior owner could no longer care or support Jack. Jack has been moved to a foster home and is safe. The new foster parents said he is a lovely young fellow, typical of his breed. He is a dog that loves to play and needs a job to feel happy and fulfilled. He's a medium/large size dog, about 58#. Jack is used to other dogs, does great. He's not interested in cats. He will enjoy an active lifestyle and be a great hiking or walking companion. He may even enjoy agility! His adoption fee is $450 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption . For our application, please email rescuebc@hotmail.com Include your location and a phone number for future communication.
