Hi there! My name is Zeus and I'm a 1 year old Shepherd/Mastiff mix who came into the shelter in June! My new friends here are still getting to know me more, but so far they think I'm a very active and playful boy. I like going outside and getting yummy treats. Because I'm younger, and am pretty strong, I'm hoping to find a forever home with someone who is active and who can handle my energetic spirit. The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society (SGVHS) was founded by Fannie Thompson Kessler in 1924.

For almost 100 years, the San Gabriel Valley Humane Society has provided a variety of services to the local communities. Currently we serve the cities of San Gabriel, Temple City and Duarte.

We provide food, shelter and medical care to hundreds of dogs and cats who are stray and homeless, or have been rescued from abusive conditions or relinquished by their owners.
