Meet Arthur,

THIS SWEET BOY WAS DUMPED ON THE STREETS TERRIFIED THEN CAUGHT IN DOG TRAP SO NEEDS SOMEONE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND HES SCARED AND LET HIM KNOW EVERYTHING WILL BE OK. BEING SCARED THE SHELTER WILL KILL HIM!
This boy you can tell is just a sweet boy once he gets past this trauma of not knowing what’s going on. He’s shy and nervous understandably, he has no idea what’s going on and just wants to feel some normalcy, he’s good with other dogs a friend might help him feel comfortable.
