Talk, talk, talk. Noelle always has something to say. She loves to play with her siblings and is an expert at killing strings on sweatshirts. She is a bundle of energy! Noelle loves people and will happily sit on your lap and purr. She’s cautious in new situations but doesn’t take long to warm up. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-service basis. Please visit in person at 3839 Bradshaw Rd, Sacramento, CA to adopt.
We cannot hold animals via e-mail or telephone, nor can we ship animals out of the area.
