My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there my name is Mel, and I know how cute I am!!! I was brought into the shelter as a stray and am now looking for a family to call my very own. Right now I weigh about 10 pounds but will grow to be between 50- 60 lbs. I am going to need a family that understands my breed and is willing to give me the life I need. I am a really sweet good boy and cant wait to find my place to call home. If you would like to come in and meet me, please call TCRAS at 719-686-7707 to let them know when you are planning on coming in.

Additional adoption info

To adopt:
All adoptions must be done in person. Visit the shelter to meet the adoptable animals you would like to consider. TCRAS is open 6 days a week, please see hours of operation.

Your visit with each animal will be assisted by a trained adoption specialist to answer questions, address concerns and to help you decide if the animal is a good fit for your home environment (i.e. children, other pets, specific needs, etc). You can also bring in your current pets to do a visitation (this may be required with certain animals).
