Lambchop is a 3 year old Bichon Frise x Miniature Poodle who is ready to be the bestest friend you’ve ever had! Lambchop was rescued from the shelter as a skinny matted lump of a dog who needed some TLC and a rescue to give him a chance. We knew we could give him a makeover and after a good groom and a few baths, this handsome dude was ready to hit the adoption scene! Lambchop weighs 12 pounds and has a gorgeous non-shedding coat that will require regular grooming. He is an option for homes with allergies. If you’re ready for the best dog ever, adopt Lambchop!
Lambchop is a cuddly gentleman who wants nothing more than a lifetime by your side! He took a few days to get settled into his foster home when we first rescued him (who could blame him) but once he did he realized that his life ahead was full of treats and snuggles! Lambchop loves the softer things in life and would love a throne of plush beds to lay on… if your lap is occupied. If it isn’t, then he’s happy to snuggle the hours away. Lambchop would be a fabulous companion for a WFH human as he just wants to be near you at all times! Lambchop has an even temperament and a moderate energy level. He’s still learning how to “dog” as we say, but we think he would learn to love playing with toys. Lambchop would love to hit the trails with you before ending the day curled up on your lap as you watch TV. What a dream!
Lambchop wakes up around 7 AM and is ready to take on the day. Once he has his breakfast, he gets some cuddles along with a treat and then heads out on his morning walk. Once he’s home, he settles down on one of the various poofy dog beds scattered throughout the house for a long nap. In the afternoon, he hangs out near the window and watches the world go by outside. He always keeps his foster mom company as she goes about her day which she loves! Dinner is served around 7 PM and he enjoys some pieces of cheese mixed in with his kibble. In the evening, Lambchop snuggles with his foster mom on the couch until he is ready for bed.
Lambchop currently lives with two dogs and they get along well. He has hordes of fans in the neighborhood, from adults and kids alike! He walks well on a leash. Lambchop’s dream home would be one ready to shower him in love as they work on his continued training. He has so much to show the world and we can’t wait to see all the adventures he embarks on.
Lambchop is only an option for homes who have prior experience owning a dog. Kids should be over the age of 7.
