Meet Kira, a sweet and slightly shy hound puppy with the cutest floppy ears and a heart full of potential. Kira was named for NBC Bay Area Weekend Anchor Kira Klapper in honor of Clear the Shelters 2024!

Kira is a thoughtful little lady who takes her time to warm up but rewards patience with endless affection. She may be a bit reserved at first, but once she feels safe and secure, her playful and loving personality shines through.
