When he was found abandoned in an apartment building, Jasper appeared cold, skinny, and afraid, but - he was instantly sweet! If you're looking for a classically silly orange cat who needs you as much as you need him, he's your man. He loooves to play and wrestle, and equally happy to snuggle in bed with a good blanket. He is social with other cats, as long as they're willing to play with him. It seems very likely that he has gone through hard times in his short life, he definitely needs a little patience and reassurance, and would unlikely be a good fit for a family with small children who haven't learned personal boundaries yet.

Meet the Pet
After approval, a meet & greet is set up between potential adopter and foster parent/cat.

Sign Adoption Contract
After a successful meet & greet, it will take at least 48 hours until finalizing the adoption is complete. Contract is signed & fee is paid.

Cats under 1 year old: $150 + 8% sales tax = $162
Cats aged 1-10 years old: $100 + 8% sales tax = $108
Two kittens under 1 year old: $225 + 8% sales tax = $243
Senior Cats (10+ years old): $75 + 8% sales tax = $81
* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
