Meet Echo!

Echo is a gorgeous tortishell cat who Is looking for a furever home. Echo came in with her feline friend, Kit Kat, and would love to be adopted together, though she could also adapt to a new environment with a calm companion.

Echo is front declawed, making her an ideal indoor cat. She's a bit on the shy side, preferring quiet, peaceful surroundings where she can feel safe and loved. Once she warms up to you, Echo thoroughly enjoys pets and gentle affection.

She has a soft spot for wet food and treats. Echo absolutely adores a comfy bed where she can snuggle up and relax. While she's more reserved, she could do well with a chill dog, given time to adjust.

If you're looking for a sweet, quiet companion who loves comfort and gentle care, Echo is the perfect addition to your home! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and feLV-FIV negative.

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family. We welcome all adopters, from any county or state.

We prefer if you complete an application prior to meeting the animals so we can help you make a great match.

This is accomplished through education, quality and compassionate care of the animals received at the shelter, and community outreach. GHHS obtains funding through donations, fees for services, and fundraisers.
