Sure, maybe our M&M does melt in your hands, but isn't that what you're looking for in your new pet? Plus our M&M is much healthier for your kids, who he absolute would LOVE to be around by the way!
M&M was originally brought to PAWS last year when he was abandoned at another shelter, where he went into foster care and won over that family so quickly that they decided to keep him! Unfortunately, as life tends to like throwing us curveballs, he needed to come back to PAWS due to a move. He isn't the biggest fan of boucing around, but settles into places pretty quickly and isn't afraid to lure you in with his kittenesque meow and floppiness (the belly rub invites are not a trap, we assure you)! M&M is such a social butterfly that he would do well in so many different types of homes that can offer him all of the attention and cuddles he desires, including a higher than average energy level and need for enrichment -- so you should be prepared to over lots of playtime and ideally have a larger space/home for him to roam. And while he doesn't have any direct experience around other animals, that we know of, M&M has the makings of a cat who could make friends with any cat social creatures already in the home.
M&M does have Feline Herpes, so you just need to monitor for any consistent signs of discharge or leakage from his eyes and seek out care at your vet if needed. He could also use a dental cleaning in the near future due to some tartar build-up.
